Federico Ruberto’s essay “Latent Cities with Eyes Wide (and) Shut” is part of the 2019 “Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture_Shenzhen-Hong Kong”. This year Biennale is titled “Eyes of the City” and its Chief Curator is Prof.Carlo Ratti.
